Not the greatest day for Ryan’s athletic ability. First there was the insane aerobics video that almost gave me a heart attack through my computer screen, and now we have Michelle Roque, a sorority girl from Florida State who runs like an All Pro NFL running back. Flag football or not, this is impressive. If I tried that first spin to the left I would be on the ground in indescribable pain. Not only does she pull that off, but she jukes and jives like some kind of sorcerer. She can play on my team any day of the week.
