Ryan, You Forgot One
Great top 5 but you are high if “Captain Jack” doesn’t crack your top 5. I’ll let it slide for now, Ryan.
Captain Jack, get me high tonight and take me to my special island

In Honor of Seeing Billy Joel at MSG Tonight, Here Are My 5 Favorite Billy Joel Songs
I easily could have made this into a top 25 list, but 25 is a high number. In no particular order…
1. She’s Always a Woman
If you can’t woo a woman with this song, then you’re a moron.
2. Downeaster Alexa
The only good part about the Hangover 2 was this song. Fact.
3. We Didn’t Start The Fire
Only William Joel could jam out and teach you world history at the same time.
4. For The Longest Time
Whoaaaaaaaaaaaa for the longest time.
5. Scenes From An Italian Restaurant
Billy Joel is such a visual singer, he paints a picture with this lyrics and tells a story better than almost anyone. Songs like Piano Man and Scenes From An Italian Restaurant make you feel like you’re at the bar while he’s playing piano or eating in an Italian resturant somewhere. He’s the master. I can’t wait for his sweet music to make love to my ears tonight.

The Workaholics Bro’s + Zac Efron + Seth Rogen = The Most Delicious Comedy Pie
I have a theory that Zac Efron is the luckiest “comedy” guy in the world today. Not only does he get to star in Funny or Die videos with some of the funniest people in the world, but he’s also paired opposite Seth Rogen in the new movie Neighbors. I saw the movie at SXSW about a month ago, and you can replace any guy with a pretty face for Efron and the movie wouldn’t suffer a bit. Since the Workaholics guys make a cameo in the movie, it looks like the Neighbors crew is doing a bit of cross promotion with Blake, Anders and Adam. They play the usual “Zac’s handsome, Seth’s not” card, but the Workaholics crew make it work. Ders demanding a lap dance from Zac and the “that was a great dick” chant were the highlights for me. Everything is coming up Efron.

So Bill Clinton is Going to Be the Coolest Grandfather of All Time
Excited to add a new line to my Twitter bio…grandfather-to-be! @hillaryclinton and I are so happy for Chelsea and Marc!
— Bill Clinton (@billclinton) April 17, 2014
What a lucky baby. On the one hand half of this baby’s genes are going to make him/her look like Chelsea Clinton, but on the other hand your grandfather is Bill Clinton. Some baby’s just have all the luck. The stories this kid is going to hear will be legendary. Any time you have the opportunity to be born into a presidential family you have to take it. I feel like the book Oh, The Places You’ll Go was written specifically for this baby. Dr. Seuss knew one day Chelsea Clinton would have a baby and that baby would have Bill Clinton as a grandpa to take it around on a magical ride. My life has now reached a point to where I’m jealous of an unborn baby.

Want to be Motivated Out of Your Seat? Watch Gary V
Pissed that I missed this at SXSW this year. Just a truly passionate individual that is driven to succeed. Love his emotion, love his sense of new media, and love his outlook on life and work. If you look up “entrepreneur” in the dictionary the page has been ripped out by Gary and replaced with a post-it note explaining his version of the word. Redefines it.
Don’t be scared by the video length. Start watching and you will be hooked.

The Red Sox Are 6-9 and It’s April 17th – Shut Down the Season!
In all seriousness this isn’t the ideal start to the season for the defending World Series Champions, and they do have some serious holes to fill, but lets pump the brakes please. Of all the major sports, baseball plays the most games. The season streches for 6-7 months. They’ve played 15 out of 162 games.
The good: they have a great manager/coaching staff and the core group from last season returning; their pitching has been solid. The Sox are 9th in ERA and 2nd in quality starts. Uehara, Tazawa and Breslow have a combined ERA of 0.0. Peavy and Lester have both looked great, and the Red Sox started a new trend and decided to score some runs for John Lackey this year. Napoli was off to his usual hot start before the thumb injury, leading the team in batting average, home runs and RBI’s. They have Dustin Pedroia and David Ortiz. Not the best start for these two, but after watching them for seven and eleven years respecitvely, they’re two guys I’d want going to war with me.
The bad: Felix Doubront, Edward Mujica, pretty much every offensive player besides Sizemore and Napoli. They cannot hit with RISP. During last nights White Sox game they were walked fifteen times and scored 6 runs…in 14 innings. Clutch hitting and hitting with RISP is what seperated them from the pack last year and ultimately made them the best team in baseball. They have 6 stolen bases as a team. SIX. I love Farrell, but he tends to fall in love with certain strategies. If the bats arent producing, you have to switch things up. Hit and runs, take chances on stolen bases, emphasize to the team that taking the extra base is important. They’re 24th in runs scored, 23rd in batting average and 27th in slugging percentage. I know they’ve only played six games at home, but for a team who’s going to play 81 games at Fenway, plus another 18 or so at Camden Yards and Yankee Stadium, that’s not going to cut it.
6-9 isn’t ideal, but I’m far from drunkenly going to Fenway* and defending my team to anyone who will listen. All I know for certain is the nice weather is approaching, and I trust the boys of summer will soon be giving us something to cheer about.

*This was in 2012. Coincidence we won the next year? I think not.
Mrs. Doubtfire 2?! HELLLOOOOOOO
So apparently Fox 2000 has been rumored to have ties to a Mrs. Doubtfire 2!? This is the best news I’ve heard since they green lit Jurassic Park 4. Other rumors on the table for this sequel is that the man himself, Robin Williams, will join the cast. This leaves me with one question. What are the chances we get Piece Bronsnan and Sally back?
The stuff dreams are made of.
