You Were Never Really Here is basically a mix between Man on Fire & Only God Forgives. Need another reason to watch it? The film stars Joaquin Phoenix as Joe, a brutal and tormented enforcer on a rescue mission. If you need more ammo than that, I don’t know what to tell you. The rest of the cast is unknown, but the film is based on the Jonathan Ames novel of the same name.
