Jon Gruden oozes intensity. Every word that comes out of his mouth is like a bullet straight to your core. If Jon Gruden tells you to jump, you say “what bridge”. Need this guy back in the Bucs locker room in some capacity. Maybe a co-coach position with Schiano? That locker room would produce killing machines on the field. Schiano to get the game plan ready and Gruden to crank the team up to 11, and rub Mike Glennons calves. He’s a QB guy, what can I say.
